POLICIES
Cancellation Policy: Guest receives 95% refund if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; No refunds within 60 days of arrival.
Damage: A security deposit 'hold' of $1,000 is due 3 days before arrival. This is a 'hold' that is put on the card before arrival and released after departure. You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay, including lost TV remotes, etc.

Please note that weddings, parties, and events are not permitted unless pre-arranged. There is an additional fee for such uses, along with an increased security deposit and cleaning fee, which is refundable if everything is in order after checkout.
